when i refreshed my pc windows 8, evrything is ok but the computer icon on desktop is not available, when i open file explorer

Open your file explorer. If you don't know how to do this, click on the windows icon in the bottom left corner of the desktop to bring you to the new start menu in windows 8. You can also push the windows key on your keyboard if your keyboard has one.
Once in the new start menu, type in file explorer. Click on the file explorer that appears. On the far left side of the file explorer, you will see "This PC". Click and drag "This PC" onto the desktop and there ya go.
