How can I get wifi on my custom build PC?

I want to get wifi on my PC I plan on making, what would I need? I don't want no USB adapters, I want something I can attach to my motherboard.

The motherboard I am using is, ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0, so how would I be able to do that?

Yup it sure will. I personally would rather have an internal card with a pci 1 connection so I don't use up a usb connection with a wifi card. But that's just my preference.
