If I Restart the computer turns over but no bios flash or boot up

I recently got new parts and basiclly just moved my SSD with windows 8 on it to a new Computer (MOBO, Ram, CPU, Case all new)
Windows runs fine, although no longer genuine, but if i restart from windows and even from the bios, my computer turns over and idles but all i get is a black screen.

Turns over and idles? Is it a computer or a car? Just kidding. I would suggest doing a clean install. When you move the OS to a system with different hardware it will, often times, recognize and utilize the new hardware without issue but other times it doesn't like the change of hardware or ends up with driver conflicts and incorrect settings based on the old hardware. I'd do a clean install or at least a reset and go from there. Of course it goes without saying to backup your personal documents, files, music and videos first.
