So I ordered a brand new build and I put it all together and all of the fans power on but the monitor doesn't display anything and I get no beeps from the speaker. This is my first build and I spent 800 bucks on this thing and I'm really getting frustrated

The most common problem is that the 4-pin or 8-pin CPU power plug is not connected tone motherboard. This provides power to the processor, and with no CPU power nothing works.

Some details of your build would help.
If you've got a GPU and hard drives, etc, hooked up, power down and disconnect any hard drives and the GPU. Connect your monitor to the motherboard I/O panel and boot up and see if you can get into your BIOS. If you can, then set your boot priority to your optical drive or USB, whichever you're using to install windows, then exit & save, then power down. Hook up your OS drive and optical or USB, then power up and install Windows. Reboot, install drivers, reboot, install GPU.
Let us know if you get hung up somewhere in there.
