i have a problem.,audio device in my laptop have gone..and it say no audio device is installed.how can i fix it..im using windows 7 ultimate

You flip the laptop over.
On the black label it will have model no:

Take note of the number.
Go here, click on the link bellow.
Click on the model series then model number.
At the bottom of the page click on support.
download the driver you need for what os the laptop is running.
