I've got these component that I've replaced from the stock CPU. Hp-1414

Graphic card:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150590

CPU:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113284

PSU:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096

COOLING FAN:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

But for some reson, I play Vindictus in normal mode. And lags, is there any recommendation? I've ran AMD Driver Autodetect already.

I do'nt usually lag, but when there's a few quite good particles I do. And the image isn't very "nice" either.

So... only thing I can think of is motherboard, does that have to do with anything?

Solution
Was the system pre built by Dell, Hp or some other company.
Or did you buy the board and fit it inside the case.
If it`d the first of the two then the boards they use are the cheapest they can put in a pre build.
So if you said the bios is very basic it`s a pointer to a system pre built by Dell, Hp ect.

Basically the boards are not much cop, and can be limited on hardware features.
If you are using windows 7 or 8.
Click on the search bar.
and type: sys info. click on system information.
It should report the board brand model number and bios revision of the board.
Plus the vendor ie Dell.
Well your new kit looks fine.
What`s the brand of the mobo and its model number.
And how much ram do you have installed.
I hope it`s at least 4gb of ram or more.
Because a lack of it can cause a lag.
Have a check also to see what Pci-e spec the board has it should at least be 2.0
If the board is new, take a trip to the bios there may be a setting there to enable Pci-e 3.0 spec/ speed mode.
If you had another graphics card in the system before you bought the new one.
Make sure you uninstalled the old video card driver from windows.
As it can have funny effects if it`s still installed.
This is normally the case believe it or not. so have a check.

I have 10 GB installed.
And about the MOBO part, I have no idea how to check it. And I'm sure there's no way to enble Pci-e, I've took a trip to the bios, and there's not many options there...

This computer was originally Windows 8. I downgraded mannually to windows 7. I wonder if it is the case though. Because when I access bio as Window 7. It doesn't have many option. I can't overclock... can't do anything except basic things such as setting up password.
