Which Graphics Card Is Better

I want a GeForce GTX 780 but i dont know which one to chose. Please help me decide which one is the best out of the two and why. Also, does the OC on the 2nd one mean that its already overclocked or does it mean that it can be overclocked?

I would go with the zotac card as it doesn't have a reference cooler so it will perform better and also be able to be overclocked further and yes, the OC after the name of the card does stand for overclocked
