The flash drive is corrupted i tried to format it but it says "Windows was unable to complete the formatting." I also tried the diskpart but still it won't.

NTFS.

Not fat 32. a pen drive over 4gb has a problem with the fat 32. over 8gb.
Also make sure it uses the default allocation unit size. 4096 byte table.

If it still errors then part of the Nand flash ram bank is worn out.

Not that i`m too picky here but on the listing of drives, it says you have a 1gb drive, partition 1 is the system partition of 8mb created by windows on the hd.
For when windows is installed.
Why have you not used the switch to change drive letter ?
Because by looking at it your trying to format 8mb of space on the c: drive partition 1 if you look. Either that, or the flash pen is dead if it`s reporting 8mb of space. What is F labeled as in windows explorer or my computer the usb pen ?
