thanks im actually now planning a 600-700$ build with a Monitor, gpu, keyboard(prefferbaly light up) and mouse(also to light up if in the budget). the max i'll go is around 800$.

The AMD build is generally a better build, but if you wanted to upgrade to an i5 later than the intel would be a better choice. The PSU isn't great for overclocking, but a better PSU costs more. You can choose your own KB and mouse that you like.
