Wiring question about new PSU

I recently purchased a Rosewill Capstone-M PSU.

The modular cabling is longer and has more connections per cable than my previous supply.

For example, I can run a single cable and connect my BD burner and two HDD all on the same line.

Should I use additional lines so all the drives don't draw power from the same cable, or doesn't it matter since they all draw from the same rail inside the power supply?

Yeah, it's fine. For the most part, unless you're doing something extreme with an adapter on one of the connectors, it's designed to be used that way. Reputable PSU manufacturers don't want you frying their product anymore than you want it damaged so if there are three on one cable, it's by design.
What's the model number of the PSU. It really shouldn't matter, but if has more than one rail you might want to balance the load between rails but if it's a single rail it shouldn't make any difference. Either way is fine but if you want to give me the model number I can tell you if it's a single or dual rail PSU.

Yeah, it shouldn't matter. Use one cable for the optical drive and one hard drive and one cable for the other hard drive if you're not concerned with the looks and maximum cable management. Use one cable for all three if you are. Either way is fine.
