Neither. Get a decent overclock board and get a g3258. It should end up being cheaper and give you the potential to upgrade to a better cpu in the near future if you so choose. But of the two...they are both going to offer similar performance. Maybe the 6300 is a bit more powerful but it will have much more power consumption. So it doesn't really matter is what I'm saying.
