the gpu in the first link is better.
dont looks at ther memory the other gpu has it is useless.the gpu chip is poor preforming.

The GT 640 is faster but enter level cards are pointless as card like the GeForce GTX 750 or Radeon R7 260X cost only a small amount more and are much much faster

much better. But again, I suggest getting a used card that is still under warranty if u buget is under 150$
