I would recommenced to wait til next month as all FX series processors are getting a price drop and you will be able to buy a FX-8350 for the price of the FX-8320. The FX-8350 will be better at rendering than the i5-4440

For your stated requirements, i5 will not be enough. Stick with Fx series if on budget considerations. Otherwise i7/Xeon in E3 is recommended. It is better to have fewer but powerful cores than having more but weaker cores.
