Just installed Windows on SSD. Now how do I automatically install files to my HDD?

I've just finished installing Windows onto a 120GB SSD and now all the applications I'm trying to install are also going onto the SSD (C Drive). Is there a way for me to direct the installations automatically to my HDD (E Drive)?
