There will be an endless debate for Gigabyte vs MSI (Vs Thread: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1961418/gigabyte-windforce-gtx-760-msi-gtx-760-hawk.html) but it would all come down to this: If you are budget-oriented, buy the Gigabyte Windforce, but if you have the budget and would like to install cool design, use the MSI GTX 760. Gigabyte has 3 fans whilst the MSI has two fans. However, it won't affect the performance significantly. They are almost on par, yet the MSI has slightly higher clockspeed.

If you would read here (http://gpuboss.com/gpus/MSI-GeForce-GTX-760-vs-GIGABYTE-GeForce-GTX-760): You'll notice there's nothing different between the two of them in performance: gaming, benchmarks, noise and power. Everything except...

The MSI has a little bit better performance yet more expensive. If you have enough budget, go for the MSI graphics card. The design is premium, make sure your case is transparent so people would see your system.

If you're tight on budget, go for the other one. The difference is insignificant, you'll still enjoy the gaming experience as long as it's a GTX 760.

You better get the less expensive 760. If you have i7, save the money and resell your gtx 760 after like 7 months or more and upgrade to gtx 860 or higher.
Since you have i7, you'll be enjoying your games even though you havent bought the msi one.
I believe 650 watts is already enough for standard gaming experience. But you could upgrade your psu to 750 watts once you upgrade your gpu again.

I just purchased and installed the Gigabyte GTX760 GDDR5-4GB 2xDVI/HDMI/DP OC and I am loving it! It just so happens that I have an i7 3770 and it runs awesome! The psu requirement for this card is 500w, you only need 700w when running sli, so your 600w will be fine. I am running mine with a Corsair 600w PSU, so I know it's enough. You'll only need the 4gb card if you plan on modding your games with a lot of heavy texture mods, like Skyrim (which is what I do), otherwise 2gb should be fine. Now, I don't know how important the cooling is for you, but living in Florida, it's very important to me and I chose Gigabyte because their version has 3 BIG fans and your 4gb card had some really nice BIG fans. Also, you may want to get the 4gb for future games and then you may not have to upgrade for a while. I think it's worth the extra money right now; no regrets later. It's really up to what and how you're going to play. At any rate, the GTX 760 is a really nice card and you have the power, all you have to do is decide which one. Hopefully the info I gave can help you make that decision. Good Luck!!!

By the way, I upgraded from a GTX 660 also :)

Corsair has many series, what specific model do you have? Because I'm deciding between so many PSU for my future build. Can you please post here?

Check the entire post since I added two top tier PSU's such as XFX XXX edition and Seasonic M12ii

ok Guys now i need your last opinion to help me to make the last decision. Would it be worth to change my i5 3470 cpu to i5 3570 or i7 3770 and my gpu gtx 660 direct cu ii oc edition to gtx 760. My pc would be used just for gaming nothing else.

There is no much difference between both i5 non-k (http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-3570-vs-Intel-Core-i5-3470). However, if you're to upgrade to i7 3770, it will be worth the upgrade (http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i7-3770-vs-Intel-Core-i5-3570 hyperthreaded, more threads, better performance)

About the gpu, it's a yes. The GTX 760 has more framerates on many games than the GTX 660 (http://gpuboss.com/gpus/GeForce-GTX-760-vs-GeForce-GTX-660 more render output, wider memory bus, Slightly higher texture rate, Higher memory bandwidth, Better passmark direct compute score).

Those upgrades are worth it. Good luck.

Everything except the price and the dimension. If the Windforce can't be fit inside the case due to its length, you'll have no choice but to pick the MSI. As for me, I'd rather pick the Windforce due to price (it's cheaper). Instead of buying the MSI, I could save the money and upgrade after next few months (say 5-6 months) to GTX 780 ti.

Good luck.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but I was on a plane most of the night. I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents even though you've already chosen a solution. I'm really happy that you're considering the Gigabyte that I mentioned in my response. It really is a GREAT card for the money and I personally believe even at a higher price, it would still be my choice because overheating is always a concern with gpu's and those 3 fans are sweet. And it's on par with the MSI version and costs less. That's good all around.

Regardless of which card you choose, have a great time. You'll really enjoy this upgrade. I played Metro 2033 Redux before I left and WOW is all I can say...so game on!
