Whats the problem though.
We need a bit more information here.
Question one, if you are installing a video card in the Pci-e card slot of the board.
What were you using as a graphics display to your monitor.
If you were using the on board graphics port on the back of the tower, where your video cable was connected to the monitor.
And you put the Pci-e based card in the slot, then connected the monitor cable to the back of that card.
But got no picture on the monitor.
Move the video cable back to the port on the back of the tower.
Go into the bios, and in there is a menu section to do with graphics card adapter type.
You need to change the option to PCi-e to first in the list.
Save the settings before exiting the bios.
Now swap the cable to the Pci-e based graphics card display ports on the card.
You will get a picture on the monitor.
Load into windows.
Make a note of what brand of graphics card you have Ati or Nvidia and the company that makes the card. Gigabyte ect.
And it`s model number.
Go to google put all of it in a search and add the words windows 7 drivers to the end.
you should find a website where you can download the driver via the internet, for your graphics card and install it so the card works with windows 7.
Without the need for the cd.

Video driver can be found depending on the card via the two links.
I presume you have internet or you would not of been able to post your problem here. Better still if you can post the brand of graphics card Ati or Nvidia and it`s model number.
