Motherboard/Graphics Card Compatablility

I want to know if my "Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3 Motherboard" will run the "R9 270 Graphics Card" properly.

I am also running:
850 Watt Thermaltake Power Supply.
I5 760 Processor.
8 GB RAM.

your motherboard got 1 PCI express socket, R9 270 takes up one socket up to PCI express 3.0 version,for example if your motherboard would have PCI express 2.0 version socket it wouldnt run as well as in PCI express 3.0 socket.

Thanks for your input! So just to make sure before purchasing... The R9 270 will for sure work with my motherboard?
