Which CPU is better with this build and for gaming in general

Solution
A 2gb 770 is better than a 4gb 760 and it's cheaper too...4gb 760 is a waste of money if you're not planning on running a SLI in the future. ANd judging by the build, it's not going to be an SLI build. Hell, you could even get a r9 280x for even cheaper than the 770.

As for the build, if price isn't a problem as you say, then get a 128gb SSD and a 1TB 7200RPM HDD together. Have windows and any boot up on the SSD, then everything else on the HDD.

you shoud also change HDD 5400RPM 2TB really slow,either buy 7200RPM HDD or buy a SSD to work with your current HDD,128GB would be enough for the SSD,optical drive and W8 expensive as hell too.
@legend its 4GB 760,not the middle end 2GB.
that case..also what the hell 200$ for a case? cmon its a scrap of metal,a box, you should get 3 or even 4 times cheaper.
