Upgrading my graphics please help me ?!?!

So im upgrading my graphics card from a GTX 620 to a GTX 760 mini and i am also upgrading my power supply from 300W to 750W but do i need to upgrade anything else or can i just do this and everything will be all good?

OP you can do what you but a reliable 550W PSU is more than enough

Yea in comparison to GTX 760, your CPU and ram seems pretty inferior,but still should work fine,aint need to toss fine working PC out.
If processor not OC'ed yet though, you could buy some decent cooler and OC it a bit.
