First off I don't know if this is in the correct section and if it not by all means please move it elsewhere, but this seemed better than the other forum sections.

Anyway, recently I cleaned out my PC, nothing drastic I simple removed fan filters, cleaned them, put them back and blew out some of the dust on the internal componants, since then however my PC has become noticeably louder and slower to start up.

I assumed maybe I'd put a fan filter on incorrectly but that wasn't the case. Hopping into the BIOS I could unfortunately only get a fan speed for the one on my after market heatsink and that was fine. I'm suspicious of my HDD however, it's about a year and half old Seagate which I got with an old prebuilt before I built my current PC, it would explain the slow loading times and perhaps the noise?

Specs:
AMD FX-6300 (No OC)
Cooler master TX3 Heatsink with one fan
Asus M5A97 R 2.0
Msi R9 270 2GB
Corsair Vengeance LP blue RAM 8GB 4x2GB
XFX Pro core editions 550W
The case has two fans, one intake and one exhaust.
