Hello everyone, I am new to this and the forums and would really appreciate the help...

My brother is asking for a new pc as a present and I promised a 600$ Build that will at least last untill college (4 years), he is a casual gamer and usually plays games like minecraft, warcraft, dust and so on and wants to occasionally try out some new games as well (bf-gta series etc).

Well, I have to say that I live in turkey and the prices are relatively higher. And also as I ve said, I am quite new to this and try to find out an efficient set up. So I ve checked up some websites and articles (mainly tomshardware) and came up with the pieces below. However it is 50-100$ dollars more expensive than I anticipated and I am not sure if it is good or not. Help would be great and thanks in advance :)

CPU: AMD FX X6 6300 Soket AM3+ 3.5GHz 14MB Cache 95W 32nm (135$)
GPU: Sapphire R7 260X GDDR5 2GB 128Bit AMD Radeon DX11.2 (145$)
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43 AMD 970+SB950 AM3+ DDR3 2133MHz (95$)
Memory: 4GB Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz CL9 (60$)
PSU: Zalman ZM600-LX 600 watt (75$)
HDD: Seagate 3.5" 1TB Barracuda Sata 3.0 64MB Cache 7200Rpm (70$)
Case: Zalman Z3 PLUS MidT ATX (60$)
And a cpu cooler (is it necessary by the way) cooler master HYPER TX3 EVO (40$)

Solution
should be no issues, great build maybe just 4GB RAM might be an issue in some more intense games, demanding multitasking or so.. but in most cases it shouldn't disturb.

I'm from east europe/west asia ( aint sure where the line between two is ) myself, know the prices, expensive as hell but you shouldn't save on cooler a lot, TX3 EVO is like cheapest suitable for OC'ing although id recommend at least Hyper T4 ,most guys would recommend Hyper 212 EVO but here it's just too expensive.. id stick with T4.

:) thanks for the reply, I was really unsure about the build since it relies on (mostly) theoretical specs and so on and I had serious doubts if its going to perform well in real life as well.
Well, about the cpu cooler, the price difference is not much and I will certainly take this into account. but overall, I actually need a discount :)
