So i am building a computer for around 650$+monitor for around 150$. Now here is where it gets tricky. I want to use the computer for: light 3D modeling(Nothing fancy just basic), animation, Photoshop, adobe after effects and similar programs. I also want to be able to game on it, i would play games such as watch dogs, assassin's creed 4, battlefield 4, and upcoming games such as AC: Unity, Witcher 3 etc. Now i am not really into maxing the game out at 1080p, but i would like to play somewhere at least medium to high at 1080p at good fps (60 fps). Also i have a question, can you run dual monitor setup if you have one screen which is 1050p and the other 1080p?
That is also one of my requirements, to be able to run dual monitor setup.
Also forgot to mention that i do not need windows, i will be using windows 8.1 dreamspark.

Go for cheaper monitor, so lets say you got 700$ at your disposal, your PC is for multitasking and top end games ..ugh..not much to suggest if you want PC that cheap there's 2 main CPU options FX-6300 and FX-8320, in your case id definetly go with FX-8320,then the GPU idk what.. stick with something basic like R9 270? get some cheap power inefficient PSU,medium size cheap case without fancy LED's from all sides, some 1600MHz 8GB RAM,1TB HDD and whats left invest in motherboard?

670 euros is 888$ and you're still missing monitor. your build is like 300$ more expensive than my cheapest one but eh, if its your choise, then sure why not, great build, though a bit pricy.

Well yeah :D
+ monitor it is 800 eur. Maybe next time i should use right conversion. I apologize. So if i look at my budget now in $ for pc only its around 650 eur or 670 eur so thats around 800 $?
Also yeah, i am from Slovenia, prices here are crap, mostly due to tax and greedy shops. I am buying from this shop since their prices are about 10% lower then here, and its one of the shops that ships from Austria to Slovenia.

Yea, eastern europe here too.. our prices are huge but..yours even worse, gotta admit. 800$ is 603 euros.

If you can afford 670 euros,go for that build, otherwise go for R9 280 instead of R9 280X,also maybe slightly cheaper case,as for motherboard.. that shop misses some important ones and the decent ones are the most overpriced.. no idea on that, you can stick with ASRock extreme 4, it should handle your CPU.
