Sometimes especially when playing bf3 i may experience some fps drops to 40-50 but neither the gpu (gtx 660) nor the cpu (fx 6300) are used 100 % sometimes i will have the same choppy performance on 60 stable fps. Any ideas on how to fix it? (ping is 70)
