Yes they're all compatible. For PSU, it'll technically not need more than 300W. Hence a 500W (minimum) or 550W (recommended) PSU will be required. I'd go for the EVGA 600B if budget is tight, or the XFX Pro 550W, which'll be a good quality PSU and value for money.
Generally, any 520W+ PSU from Antec/ SeaSonic/ EVGA/ XFX will suffice, avoid the 500W CX from corsair.
PS: a GB R9 280 Windforce will perform better than the 760 and costs less.

Q1 Compatibility: Yeah the CPU & RAM are both on Gigabyte's support list for that model motherboard and the Graphics card will fit no problem. So that's all good.

Q2 Power Supply: Personally I really like the Corsair CXM 750W 80+ Bronze, I have the 650W version and it is quiet and I have had no problems. Also the CXM's are semi-modular which allows for a tidy build. The 750W would give you headroom for another Graphics Card if you decided in the future as well. Someone may be able to recommend a different PSU, but really as long as it's at least 80+ Bronze certificate you will be fine. Hope this helps.
