Is HDMI a bottleneck?

I have read that HDMI will limit your frames to 30fps. Is this true or can you get better frames with an HDMI? I am going to be gaming on a 27" TV that only has HDMI so will that mean that I have to get a new monitor?

My monitor is plugged to HDMI cable,never seen such numbers like 30 in my life.

No hdmi doesn't limit your fps. It is limited by your TV's ability, which is likely 60fps (60hz).

HDMI will only limit your frame rate/refresh rate to 30fps/Hz if you're using a 4k monitor. You're probably using a 1080p monitor, so it should not create a bottleneck like that.
