well, save some money on the cpu(downgrade it) and get a better graphics card?
I dont think a sound card is needed.
and what does the PC need to do, because this is a pretty powerfull PC for an 11 year old
and you dont need an ethernet controller, it's built in the PC and should be more then good enough
