i built my pc about 3 months ago and have had little to no issues with it untill tonight i went to shut it off as i always do, and as i walked away i powered back up i tried it again several times but it just comes back on after a few seconds, dose anyone have an idea as to what may be going on ?

it also wakes back up after putting it to sleep after 30 sec or so, the only way i have managed to see it stay off was holding down the power button and forcing it to shut off but i didn't leave it off for long only a few mins as i needed to use it
cheers in advance

Solution
Its easy, just go into the BIOS your motherboard manual will tell you how or there will be a message on your screen on start up that tells you which key to press (often delete).
Look through all the sections of the BIOS until you find Wake On LAN ,probably under something like power options.
See if it is enabled,if it is then change it to disabled then Save and Exit the BIOS.
