I am running HP f1905e with windows xp.
This popup is showing up everywhere when I browse the internet with my hp windows xp computer.

It is even showing up on my bank website. (only when I go there on my windows hp f1905e windows xp computer) The wiowcoupon popups don't show up when browsing on my laptop (HP windows 7). I can't find anything on my add or remove programs page.
I have updated and ran Norton antivirus as well as Norton Power Eraser. And, the pop ups are even on the Norton website.
