ill be modeling/animated through maya and i will be doing a lot of gaming. my budget is a strict $2000 build. any advice is much appreciated.

It's a bit unbalanced in some areas, but great looking system!

Personally, I'd want a more powerful graphics card than that in the system. At least a 770/R9 280X or so. And that power supply would power the city of Vancouver. A good 650W or so would be plenty, 850W or so if you think you'll SLI/Crossfire in the future.

I'd also like to see an SSD in that build if it were mine, at your budget level.

If you are already max'd on the budget, look to a cheaper case, you can get high end cases in the $100-150 range.

Other than that, great looking system.
