i have i5-4690 at 4.5GHz (it is an haswell) and i get up to 75 while cpu loads are near 100% (Real temp monitoring) so how much can i expect to loose with EVO 212 and if i add some case fans ?

Solution
Your right it is by far the most popular CPU Cooler even when excluding the Hyper 212 Plus sale( 212 Plus uses same heatsink i am sure) ...
For $25 not a bad deal. Since I paid more i am bitter, so take some of my comments about it with a grain of Salt. though if I was going to keep using it I would get a Corsair SP120 or a noctua NF-F12 to replace the fan that comes with it. But I must say that the improvement over the Intel Stock Fan significant enough to get one.

. Well for temps the 212 evo would a few degrees cooler for sure if your currently using the Intel Stock HS/F. Mostly the big differences will be while the CPU is under a heavy load or in stress testing. Say your Ambient Temperature is 23°C so you can expect 55-65°C on full load on the i5 4690. at default speeds with Turbo enabled. I assume you meant to put a K on there so if your going to OC that i5 4690k to 4.2 then it is fine but Honestly The CM Hyper 212 Evo is not the best cooler to get at aor around that price point now and since the 4690k can get up to 4.6, 4.7GHz I would opt for a beefier cooling solution.
Note The fan that comes with the Evo is not that great so switching it out for a Proper Static Pressure optimized fan will help some. Though they are $15- $20 or more

well since i have i5-4690 (no k !) since i bought prebuild pc and in my computer it says its at 3.5GHz .

i have stock fan and heatsink so when i game more cput taxing games lige BF3 i stay at 62-68 C + some times hit 72-73 mark (i use realtemp to moniture temperatures and just check max's) and use MSI afterburen to check them sort of live.

P.S. i'm looking for really small budget cooler and since evo 212 is time tested i assume its the best solution (Getting cooler mater N300 case aswell for better airflow)
