I have just built a pc using a OEM usb version of windows I have encountered a problem that I had no Idea existed my mouse clicks on a program I am able to use that program but not the toolbar or desktop or any other bloody program the only solution that is found is to ctrl alt del which is extremely annoying and sometimes doesn't even work. I would appreciate answer to my problem.
