Most likely a RAM issue. Try running Memtest for a few passes and see if anything is detected there. Otherwise, try a different set of RAM.

Two beeps = Parity Circuit Failure. Faulty RAM is the most likely but test it to be certain as PCF can have several causes:

I can't use memtest86 because it doesn't support windows 8.1 pro... is there any other software to check this fault?
Ok this is sooo wierd... I have turned PC off and turned the switch off where the plug for electricity is and motherboard is still beeping two beeps every 1-2 minutes..

Memtest has nothing to do with the OS that is installed. It is a separate bootable program that runs on its own. It is not within windows. Try the bootable iso of memtest.
Download - Auto-installer for USB Key (Win 9x/2k/xp/7) *NEW!* <<< this is on their website when I download it and as you can see it supports windows up to windows7... I tried to put it on usb as a bootable device and it won't boot
I made bootable cd and I did it.. I got this error after running 100%

I cleaned my RAM and changed slots and it's still beeping I think it is not because of RAM memory. It beeps even if I plug power cord off from my computer. I also tried to clear CMOS by moving jumper to position 2-3 then moving it back to 1-2 after 10 seconds.
Really don't know what to do now.. could it be PSU? However PC works perfectly fine just those two beeps are so annoying.

Try turning your system on without any RAM installed. Are the 2 beeps still there ( you will get a no DRAM warning ) but the parity error should be gone.
