Srry about answering late, needed some sleep.
That PSU has a good wattage, but I don't recall it as any good. Tho, even if it's complete trash, it should handle at least a 7750 (like my bro's PC with 280W PSU) without any cables, and the almighty 750 Ti that is even able to run in HP prebuilds.
Those connectors .... you need them to power better graphics cards. I recommend you to open your PC again and check if there are any. This is how they look like:

On the left is a 6-pin connector, and on the right is a 6+2-pin (essentially a 8-pin) connector. Those should be hanging from your power supply.
Hope that you're keeping up with me :p

I presume you have some kind of HP/Dell prebuilt PC.
You should be able to get a decent graphics card, but first you need to check your power supply: it's power output and auxiliary power connectors. Just turn off your PC, unplug it, take off side panel and check what it says on it, then look for any cables that are hanging free - if it is a 6/8 pin connector.

If it is a weak, 300W PSU with no extra cables for GPU, you should be able to power a 7750 straight from the PCI-E slot, or maybe a simple 7770/GTX 750.

If it has a bit more wattage (> 300W) and sports a 6-pin power connector, I'd consider buying a GTX 750 Ti, which is a beast of a card at it's price point and will suit your needs perfectly.

GTX 750 Ti is a beast at it's price range, yes.
GDDR5 memory is just faster than GDDR3 and it won't cause any problems whatsoever. Your PC should support any of those GPUs.

Higher number is generally better, remember. Tho, it's a slighty worse brand, but still, go for the 7770.
You won't be able those games on these settings sadly, those require some better GPU.
Hope this helps.

its embarassing but ive got another problem..i see images of 7770 that have the monitor slot like this:
http://elmall33.ru/pics/pics10/88182_2.jpg
but i have smaller connector which looks like
http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/14-139-078-TS?$S300W$
its my card actually and connector is the blue one..so i think 7770 would not support my monitor right??

sry new update.i found that 7770 got vga to dvi connector so i can use that reverse..although it wont give nice results..its better than nothing,,tq
