Bottle neck query

My system is a I5 4440 , gigabyte h97m d3h , Hyperx fury 4gb and vip gold 600w psu . The question i have is i have an XFX 9400 gt 1gb graphic card already, will installing it bottleneck anything ?? or is it fine . Operating system is windows 7 64 bit

The integrated chipset of that i5 might be faster.

But it is being shared with the ram and won't a dedicated graphic card be better ?

The memory clock of the GT 9400 is 400Mhz - That's slower than your system RAM, which is 1600Mhz.
I really doubt that dedicated card would be better.

The integrated graphics are quite a lot better. I would get another 4 gigs of ram and maybe a used r7 260x if your on a tight budget.
