You'll need to provide more information in order to receive an appropriate answer.
1. Best at doing what? What do you do with your computer? Do you use it primarily for gaming or professional work? If professional work, then what type? Your answer could make a difference in recommendations.
2. Is the ssd for a desktop pc or a mobile pc? Mobile pc's have been outselling desktop pc's for several years.
3. What type of ssd? With the new SATA 3.2 standard that was adopted last year we have have four types of ssd's - Standard 2.5 inch SATA 3 6Gb/s ssd's. mSATA ssd's, PCIe ssd's, and M.2 NGFF ssd's (which are also PCIe ssd's). It will take a few years but eventually PCIe and M.2 NGFF ssd's will replace Standard ssd's and mSATA ssd's.
I normally recommend Samsung ssd's. They perform extremely well and have a proven track record. For desktop pc's the Samsung 840 EVO is the number one best selling ssd in the world. Crucial, SanDisk, and Intel are also worth considering.
I maintain the ssd database listed in a sticky at the very top of this forum section. Here is the link:http://www.johnnylucky.org/data-storage/ssd-database.html
