Replaced HDD with SSD, now got strange behavior

I have a Yoga 2 11 with Seagate's 500GB HDD (not yoga 2 pro). I used the easeUS TODO to clone the disk to a Intel 530 SSD (180G). Everything works fine except that now the system will randomly halt and then reboot, and saying "no bootale device, hit any key". But if I push the power button to turn it off and then on, it can boot again with no problem, and then going back to the randomly halt and reboot cycle.

I alreadly did the diagnosis of the SSD, no problem at all.

So, what is causing this problem?

The system is running windows 8.1 X64
