help with msi ms6637 aka(ae2200) all-in-one pc

Hello everyone,

i recently got a hold of an old MSI MS66337 AKA(AE2200), well i downloaded all the drivers for the all-in-one pc from MSI's website everything installed fine but unfortunately the built in speaker doesn't make any sounds so i checked the manual and found out it came with a software for 'SBS premium sound" which can can change the output to the built in speaker's which is not available for download in MSI's website....so does anyone know where i can download the installation disk? or at least the SBS Premium Sound application for AE2200?? thanks.

I think the problem isn't about SBS ,if you successful install the drive .

could you check your OSD touch Pad,and foucs on Mute butten , maybe you touch it accidentally.

ok i'll try it tommorow, but on another note....even the side and back audio doesn't work. i mean if i plug in an speaker or headphone i can see windows sound level going up and down but still no sound....i'll try what you said and get back to you. oh and the name's "qazzi" night owl is one of my badge's here in tomshardware

haha sorry qazzi , my mistake!

if your drives are already installed and run well , maybe the problem is come form Hardware . But no mind ,try the mute butten first

nah it's not mine it's my niece...she only play games on facebook. so i think that would be fine.
