Sorry if I'm in the wrong sections. First time posting.
So for starters I have a 1080p tv I'll use for display, I have a legal Windows 7 copy, and I have speakers. I already have a setup in mind for keyboard and mouse and I already have money set away for a starter keyboard mouse combo.
I've been wanting to build my gaming rig with my older brother for a few years. I want to play 1080p on as many games as possible (single player or MMO) and also have the best frame rate as possible. Possibly multitask to have gamespeak or Skype running as well but that's kinda standard nowadays.
Basically I need as beastly of a tower build I can get for 625$ including shipping etc. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. I'll be checking after I get outta work in 9 hours.

Solution
I edited Aero's build to remove the ssd and get an amd card with a combo deal.

It will perform much better, but OP wants to play MMOs while running other programs, and the i3 will struggle a bit here.

He said his max budget is $625. Sure, a R9 280X would be great if he had a higher budget but he doesn't. =\

ALSO i prefer AMD over intel... nothing major but my brother is an AMD master race kinda dude
As an update on my info, i need something i can use an HDMI with, optical drive is nice, dvd/cd. any size doesn't matter as long as it can be a workhorse. also a modern color would be perfect.
also i dont mind stretching a few bucks over.
Also it will be used for media streaming as well if that changes anything. probably background music during some late night gaming.
sorry for the massive amounts of edits on here lol

i do need HDMI capability though and would like to run most games at 1080 with at least 30fps. i'll settle for 720 on newer titles but i want something i can also upgrade along the road.
i will be multitasking while gaming if i didn't make that clear. TY in advice

Haha, good luck with that.

Edit: Only thing is that I've never shopped at outlet pc or microcenter. If shipping charges end up being high, I would get the WD cavier blue at amazon and a cosair 200r case at newegg instead.
