Hit a snag with my build (CPU cooler based)

So I am building a new pc (first time builder) and am trying to decide on a cpu cooler. I dont know if I will overclock immediately but I want the option to be there, because I don't really know how much of a boost you can get. I was thinking of a heatsink along the lines of a noctua, but then I researched more into the h100i and corsairs water coolers. Then I was thinking a h80i but I dont know where to mount it. I could mount it on top of my case but I am OCD and would want a 240mm radiator since it has room for it. So then I thought of the h80i and putting it on the exhaust of the case in the rear but I feel that would reduce cooling because warmer/hot air would be blowing through the radiator.

Can I get some insight on this? Remember, I don't want to mount a 120mm radiator on the top because I would rather have 2 fans or a 240mm radiator, just for aesthetics, and not sure about mounting a 120mm on the exhaust due to a performance drop. I would also be okay with a 240mm like the h100i but am not sure if it is needed. Im trying to get the bare minimum of the build right now because im also saving for my first car so I just want to get what will allow the PC to work without issue. If I can go with the stock cooler and not OC (if I decide I want to) until I get a higher end cooler that would be great.

Current build in mind: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/X3YCZL

It will be gaming/video editing, and yes I do plan to add a video card later. The processor is already much better than the one in my current laptop.

Solution
Yes a H80I would be perfect for your needs, just mount it where the exhaust fan is.

Liquid coolers are also in my opinion easier to mount and have since they are smaller than air coolers and won't break your motherboard with the weight of some air coolers.

Also, may I make some suggestions to your build?

1. Get a i5 4690K, it's just as much as a 4670K but faster and a better overclocker.
2. Get a Z97 motherboard so you have future support for broadwell cpus.
3. And the PSU is terrible, get a Seasonic 600W psu.

Sorry but you are seriously incorrect here. Air coolers DO NOT break motherboards. They have very strong backplates that offset 90% of the weight. It is a 100% fact that even the heaviest air coolers put LESS stress on the motherboard than the STOCK intel coolers. All the "big coolers bend boards" BS is simply that, BS.

Do you think I can live without a aftermarket cooler if I do not plan to overclock immediatly? And what are your thoughts on his cpu and mobo recommendation?

Ok one more question...
I just looked at the 4690k/z97 setup and it is going to run be about another $50-$60..I also get the onboard wireless internet and better integrated 'gaming sound' with the z87. Since I am trying to on as much as a budget a 4670k will allow, is the money honestly worth the boost in performance, plus needing to buy a dedicated wireless adapter which I didnt factor in to the 50-60 dollar jump? With a card it is about a 90$ jump.

Would you at all mind editing the pcpartpicker's motherboard if the z97/4690k warrants the price jump? Almost all my parts have come from other sources..Im not good at picking my own stuff xD
