Whenever I watch a video or play a game on my computer there is this horizontal line that kind of flickers and I am not sure on how to fix this, if anyone knows your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. I am using Windows 7, my gpu is GeForce GTX 660, Cpu is Intel Core i5-3570k and I have 8GB ram.
