Google Chrome and Youtube Problem

I recently bought a Laptop for school, I downloaded Chrome and went to youtube. However the Videos on youtube are Very choppy and laggy, ONLY on Chrome. I tried IE, and didn't have any problems with the videos. Can anyone help, I prefer to use Google Chrome as it is my Favorite Browser right now.

I disabled the Pepper-flash plugin and it didn't help. I also tried a fresh install of Chrome, which didn't help either. Internet Explorer still didn't have problems, therefore I don't think it has anything to do with my internet speed
