I am making a budget build and can only spend $55 or less on the motherboard. What is the best motherboard for around $50? The socket type I need can be FM2 or FM2+.

1st time building or smth? i dont count OS and thermal paste as parts,you're going to run cheap crappy parts in good looking pricy fancy case? what the..
I suspect you will try to resell that PC as decent one for more to some unaware person who can see only the case,since its only decent part of your build, too decent, if youd be building on integrated graphics youd try get case for like 30-40$ max.
