I took a picture of GPU-Z and it shows that there are a few technologies disabled on my GTX770. Anyone know how I can enable them? Or if this is just a bug in GPU-Z? https://imgur.com/ZaZMlhO

I would do a reinstall of your drivers and then check GPU-Z again. All those boxes at the bottom should be checked off automatically. I doubt there's actually a problem with your card. More likely, there's a problem with GPU-Z.
