Why am i seeing this?

Why am i only seeing 7GB ddr3 memory when i have 8GB in and why is it only at 800mhz when its 1600mhz ?
Specs are the following
Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
CPU
AMD A8-5600K 45 °C
Trinity 32nm Technology
RAM
7.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard
MSI A55M-E33 (MS-7721) (P0) 30 °C
Graphics
L26M1 (1360x768@60Hz)
768MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7560D (MSI)
Storage
465GB Seagate ST500DM0 02-1BD142 SATA Disk Device (SATA) 28 °C

The DRAM is at 798 and is DOUBLE data rate so 798 x 2 = 1596 effective (1600), on the DRAM itself, am guessing that 1GB is being shared to the GPU since it onlly has 768MB of VDRAM (this is common)
