I tried to install a new psu and graphic card on my PC today, but when I tried to start it, I get a short beep, than a long beep. I've took out the graphic card, but no effect.
I haven't tried placing back the old psu yet.

Thanks for the reply, but as far as I can tell, the plugs are secured.

This is the HP beep code troubleshooting guide for your motherboard type.

Near the bottom there are "+" signs that open up the codes. Click the + not the blue words.

It states the the beep you recieved is a memory issue. Make sure that each ram stick is functional by trying to boot with them seperatly. If that doesnt work borrow someone elses to further rule that out. (my opinion)

Looks like I didn't install the ram correctly "."
I had to apply "a lot" of force,my thumbs looks like bloody steak at the moment. Anyways, thank you very much for your help.
But the weird part is, I didn't even touch the ram until after the beeping. The ram has been working for 4 years.
