Which cooler is best for fx 8320?

I don't like liquid cooling in general, and there are several things to consider:

1) Less air flow to the CPU Voltage regulators on the motherboard. So you can get better cooling to the CPU itself but still crash because the voltage regulators are overheating.

Whereas with an air cooler the fan is moving more air over this area.

2) Liquid cooling pump is prone to fail, then PC is unusable whereas I can game on my computer with my Noctua fan unplugged if I want due to the good heatsink.

3) Need to rethink case air flow. The proper fan setup for a liquid cooler is to use as INTAKE, however then you need to change other case fans to EXHAUST to remove the case heat. The optimal setup is confusing; I'm not even convinced this is ideal since it would cool the CPU better but then you'd have more heat in the case affecting the Graphics Card.

*Recommended cooler:
Any of the Noctua 14cm fan designs depending on whether you support 4-pin or 3-pin for the CPU fan control. The Noctua NH-U14S for example is a 4-pin fan for PWM control.

The Noctua NH-D14 however is a 3-pin design so you can't control the fan speed on some motherboards. If the motherboard has a 3-pin CPU fan header you can, if it has a 4-pin fan header it MAY be possible as some support both PWM/Voltage but it's not certain.
