Anyone having issues with this R9 graphic card?

When surfing the net -> crash randomly
Playing games like diablo -> crash often

My spec:
Intel I5 4590 processor
asrock H97m pro 4
MSI R9-280
1 tera 7200 rpm hdd wd blue
2x4G Kingston HyperX
Thermaltake T.Power 750W 80+ Gold SM


I have updated the latest driver.

I was able to play watchdogs fine earlier, now it keeps crashing and my driver and CCC are uninstalled. I have tried everything and think I might have to RMA the card. I just don't know why it works great sometimes and not so great others..
