What settings will this $650 build run at?

I have constructed a pc build and was wondering what settings i could play games titanfall and newer games like witcher 3 at? Details like fps and resoultion would be nice.

CPU-Intel Core i3 4150 Dual Core LGA 1150 3.5GHz CPU Processor
Memory-GEIL DRAGON RAM 8GB (1x 8GB) DDR3 1600MHz Memory GD38GB1600C11SC
Motherboard-Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
HDD-Seagate ST1000DM003 1TB Barracuda Desktop HDD 3.5” 7200RPM SATA3 Hard Drive
PSU-Aerocool VP-550 550W Performance Power Supply
Case-Bitfenix Comrade Mid-Tower ATX Black Case
Graphics Card-Galaxy GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card

EDIT: I have changed the cpu to intel i3

You should be able to play on low to medium with good fps. I would not hope for much more than that. Games are better suited for Intel cpus, you would be better off to buy an i3 or i5 cpu and it would improve your results.
