Low-power embedded board as a server - any suggestions?

Hi there,
We have a unique software product that requires minimal disk space and RAM (1GB RAM, about 8GB disk). We have been looking at things which are a step-up from a Raspberry Pi to see if we can use them to actually be servers for us because they are so low powered. The Raspberry Pi is just a little TOO low power for us, but a full Atom server is too much.

We need:
* 1GB RAM or more
* Flash or similar storage support (8GB or more)
* Fastest processor possible on low wattage
* Very low power consumption
* 100Mbps network port
* Very small footprint (a full motherboard is too big)

We don't need:
* Case (though nice to have)
* Sound Card
* Hard drive
* Expansion slots
* Video output (nice to have though)
* USB Ports (nice to have)
* Anything else really

Any suggestions?

Some things I've found, which appear to be on the right track but I don't know enough to make an informed decision:

But I'm looking for the whole thing. A board (or sold as one unit anyway) with the memory, the processor, the mainboard, whatever is required to plug it in & go.

And it looks like the AM1 stuff (just checked) still includes sound cards, SATA, etc. I am thinking more like a flash card for storage. Low-power, etc.
