I need some help, I have a budget of 625 dollars for everything and here's a little breakdown.

1. monitor
2. OS
3. HMDI Cord

what I need
a gaming tower build and keyboard/mouse
I'm looking to spend around 625 all together on this.
I'm going to use this for long gaming sessions, and for media such as videos and videos. i want to run in either 1080p with 30+ FPS or 720p with higher frame rate. It has to be able to run on an HDMI and have decent multitasking abilities.
Any help is appreciated.
